Claire Pearson isn’t the weight loss expert you’d expect. This mom-of-two spent 16 years in an up-and-down marriage where the downs pushed her to numb the pain with food, alcohol & prescription drugs.
She fell in love with fitness as the way to build up her confidence - whittle down her waist - and leave her toxic environment & habits. She’s now been a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Nutrition Consultant & Life Coach for more than a decade.
During this decade, she opened a strength training studio, raced motocross, underwent over a dozen orthopedic surgeries, became a champion bodybuilder and competed on American Ninja - twice!
Life took it’s toll though, and in the last few years, (while staring down 40) weight started to creep on again. Claire finally went to the doctor, and received a diagnosis of adrenal fatigue! Add in the diagnosis of leaky gut, tanked estrogen levels, and systemic inflammation and she wasn’t sure how she’d lose the weight and get back to herself.
She dug into her bag of tricks, poured herself over the research, then used the exact eating plan she delivers in The Reset to balance her hormones, lose the weight, and reshape her body, mind, and life.
She has numerous certifications and degrees, and is always eager to learn more. But most importantly, she’s been there. She knows what it’s like to want more - and have no idea what that even means. She knows what it’s like to see a stranger in the mirror.
